Mumbai Chicken in Curry Recipe:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Mumbai Curry
- Vegetables of your choice (eg peppers, peas, broccoli)
- ½ liter of cream
- Cut the chicken into suitable pieces and brown them in a deep pan or pot with the Mumbai Curry spice mix until golden.
